The four legs of the cross represent each of the first four railroads which founded the city. The framing circle represents the reemerging BeltLine. Not to offend, but the circle theme and the red, white, and black makes this look like a flag of the KKK.

I love this flag and have it as my background on county laptops. Everyone thinks it looks great! The colors echo our soccer team.
